Our Story

Epione is a family-owned residential care facility dedicated to providing personalized care in a warm, homelike environment. Our licensed, single-story home accommodates up to six residents, offering both private and shared rooms. With firsthand experience in healthcare and looking after a loved one during their golden years, we are passionate about supporting others on their journey. Our mission is to deliver joy, safety, and peace of mind to every resident we serve.

"My Mother-In-Law (MIL) spent 10 months at Epione under Lilibeth and her team's care. We saw the team care for my MIL in a loving way, especially through the final month as my MIL shifted to hospice status. They worked closely with the hospice nurse to administer the medicine needed to eliminate my MIL's pain. While it is painful for any family to see a loved one descend from living independently to needing full time care, having Epione's assistance is a blessings. "The team at Epione under the supervision of Lilibeth Jacobs has treated my friend just like a member of their family. They have cooked him nourishing meals, been attentive to his medical needs, provided physical therapy to maintain his strength, and supervised his movements to prevent accidental falls. They keep the premises spotless, there are no lingering odors anywhere. They are amazing. As his Health Care Power of Attorney, I was kept informed immediately about any changes in his health. When the time came for him to transition to hospice care, they worked seamlessly with Redwood Hospice to keep him comfortable and pain free. They can be trusted to provide the best care possible."

"Epione Residential Care was the only place that was willing to accept my dad. They are helpful and knowledgeable. They work on his dementia issues. They go above and beyond helping the elderly person transition into a new environment and accommodate the families. Dad's room is close to the bathroom. He has a nice window and it's just suitable for his needs. They do walks outside and they have community meals at the table."
